Markets :

Every town and village have one or two markets per week. They offer regional food and the opportunity to meet people.

In Loches, you can visit a beautiful and authentic market the Wednesday and Saturday at 8 am to 1 pm.

Here you can find seasonal vegetables and fruits, local salads and the speciality of the region: goat cheese. You can also buy fresh meat, fish, eggs and French bread.

You can stop in one of the pubs in town, enjoy the ambiance of the streets, drink some fresh or hot beverages.

You can also go in Chatillon sur Indre the Friday morning or in Mézières en Brenne the Thursday morning.

To have fresh bread and pastries, in the morning you can go in some bakeries:

Intermarché in Chatillon-sur-Indre: open every day, even the Sunday morning

Super U or Leclerc in Loches.

In proximity, we have also a dairy: “La laiterie de Verneuil” where you can buy milk, yogurts, butter, cream, and locals cheese.

In Clion sur Indre the oilerie Vigean offer some oils and organics products.

Tours and Châteauroux cities have large shopping centers and all types of products and services.
